Victim Services Conference

About the Event

The annual Victim Services Conference (VSC) marks a statewide training opportunity for Victim Services professionals and allies. One of the goals of the CJC is to increase the availability of local training for victim services professionals. By doing so, we aim to strengthen the quality of victim service programs in Delaware and provide support and professional development to victim services career professionals.

The 2025 Victim Services Conference took place on November 5, 2025 at Delaware Technical Community College’s Terry Campus in Dover, with a theme of: “Charting the Course: Maintaining Core Services through Collaboration.” The planning group recruited a fantastic group of presenters to share their experiences and expertise on a variety of timely topics! Download a copy of the Program here.

This conference event was made possible by funding from the United States Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, through the Office of Victims of Crime, annual VOCA Assistance Grant Awards of Crime, VOCA Assistance Grants 15POVC-23-GG-00393-ASSI & 15POVC-22-GG-00721-ASSI.
