The annual Victim Services Conference (VSC) marks a statewide training opportunity for Victim Services professionals and allies. One of the goals of the CJC is to increase the availability of local training for victim services professionals. By doing so, we aim to strengthen the quality of victim service programs in Delaware and provide support and professional development to victim services career professionals.
This year, the event will be held virtually! The theme of the 2020 VSC is “Victims First in the First State.” The series of webinars promise to be filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and network with others in the field.
The 2020 Victim Services Conference is happening virtually to allow for maximum flexibility within the COVID-19 pandemic. We have a varied menu of offerings; participants are welcome to sign up for as many sessions that interest them. Registration is required. Live sessions have limited space, so show up early to secure your spot! Recorded sessions will be posted for viewing after the live broadcast. Flyers and Zoom registration links will be released two to three weeks prior to the live broadcast. Registration links contain session descriptions and speaker biographies.
