  • An Examination of 17 Delaware Juvenile Female Offenders Committed to Out-of-Home Placement - (1995) This report provides an analysis of national characteristics and risk factors for juvenile female delinquency. It presents a general overview of programmatic considerations for young women, and an examination of seventeen juvenile female offenders in Delaware who were placed in staff secure care facilities.

  • 2000 SENTAC Annual Report - The report is an extensive review of the progress made by SENTAC during 1999. The Annual Report looks at sentencing guideline compliance, the impact that sentencing trends have on the state's resources, and the goals and initiatives of the Commission.

  • Sentencing Trends and Correctional Treatment in Delaware - (April 10, 2002) The report looks to explain, describe and clarify the current state of sentencing practices, population trends, and correctional treatment in Delaware.

  • Delaware 2002 Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Plan - This report sets forth the state's strategy to address and reduce Juvenile Delinquency. The report includes statistical information on crime rates, school suspension and expulsion rates and high school graduation and drop-out rates in Delaware.
  • Youth Violence: In the City of Wilmington (Nov. 2002) pdf symbol This report reviews various factors that result in youth violence, including school drop out rates, poverty rates, juvenile delinquency rates, and other key demographic data all pertaining to the City of Wilmington. The report also provides an preliminary outline plan to address these various factors that lead to youth violence.

  • Crime Victims in Delaware - (1997) This is a comprehensive report on the history and current status of crime victims and victims' services in Delaware. The report includes information on victim-related legislation, violent crime, elderly victims, domestic violence, child victims, school violence, victims in the courts, and violent crimes compensation.
  • Victims' Bill of Rights 2000 Cumulative Compliance Summary - The report looks at the requirements for each major agency or grouping of agencies under Delaware's Victims' Bill of Rights and what is being done by the various agencies to meet those requirements.

  • State of Delaware Violence Against Woment Act State Implementation Plan Update - (2001) This is Delaware's state plan for implementation of the Violence Against Women Act. The report includes a demographic description of Delaware, an analysis of the problem of violence against women in Delaware, and goals and objectives for the implementation of Violence Against Women Act programs in Delaware.

  • Report of Drug Treatment Programs - Department of Correction - State of Delaware - (April 1998) This report looks at drug treatment within the Delaware Department of Correction.
  • The Elderly Offender: What We Must Consider - (May 1999) This report looks at efforts to prepare for the anticipated growth of the elderly offender population within the Department of Correction.
  • Prison Industries Working Paper - The report looks reviews the status of prison industries in Delaware and makes comparisons to model prison industry programs in other jurisdictions.
  • Report of the 2001 Criminal Justice Council Public Hearings - (2001) This report summarizes the information gathered at the Criminal Justice Council's 2001 Public Hearings.
