DELAWARE’S SECOND
PROBLEM SOLVING COURT CONFERENCE
The second statewide Problem Solving Court Conference sponsored by the Criminal Justice Council and Treatment Access Center was held at Dover Downs Conference Center on December 7 - 8, 2009*. The conference offered an overview of evidence based practices essential to keeping Delaware’s Problem Solving Courts current with national trends. Attendees included Judges, TASC Professionals, State Prosecutors, Public Defenders, Paralegals, PsychoForensic Evaluators, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment Providers, Probation and Correctional Staff; Counselors and Social Workers; Court personnel, and Community Leaders.
